The Perfect Steak Dry Rub

Are you looking for the perfect coffee dry rub? Look no further! This is perfect for grilling up the perfect steak this summer. It’s easy AND delicious!

We have also found the perfect way to cook it. Roast the coriader and cumin before grinding it up. If you use powder, that is okay, however it will not be the same. We also recommend letting the marinade sit for 24 hours. This will ensure that the flavour penetrates.

Here is the recipe!

Celery salt – 2 TBS

Garlic powder – 2 TBS

Onion powder – 2 TBS

Roasted ground coriander – 1 TBSP 

Coffee grounds – 4 TBP

Spicey smoked paprika – 1/4 TBP

Roasted ground cumin – 1 TBP

Black pepper – 1 TBS

Thyme – 1/4 TBS
