We have also found the perfect way to cook it. Roast the coriader and cumin before grinding it up. If you use powder, that is okay, however it will not be the same. We also recommend letting the marinade sit for 24 hours. This will ensure that the flavour penetrates.

Celery salt – 2 TBS
Garlic powder – 2 TBS
Onion powder – 2 TBS
Roasted ground coriander – 1 TBSP
Coffee grounds – 4 TBP
Spicey smoked paprika – 1/4 TBP
Roasted ground cumin – 1 TBP
Black pepper – 1 TBS
Thyme – 1/4 TBS
